Export mails from Calypso/Courier into a mbox format, with attachements.

To use it, export from Calypso into a text file. 
Then launch "export_calypso <infile> <outfile>"
It recreate every message with files attached. 

It may not work correctly if the file attached has a special 
character in its filename. 

Some things are very badly coded, but I stop to develop it when it do 
its jobs for me. A can improve some things if somebody are interested.
